Keenan","Type":1,"Details":"https://malegislature.gov/api/GeneralCourts/194/LegislativeMembers/JFK0","ResponseDate":"2025-05-02T13:50:13.037"},"Category":null,"Action":"Adopted","RollCall":[],"Title":"Norfolk and Plymouth District Public Transportation Costs","Branch":"Senate","RedraftNumber":null,"IsFurther":false,"GeneralCourtNumber":194,"Text":"Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2507, by inserting after the word \"projects\" the following words:- \r\n\"; provided, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the town of Abington for costs including, but not limited to, roads, bridges or public transportation; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended to the city known as the town of Braintree for costs including, but not limited to, roads, bridges or public transportation; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the town of Hanover for costs including, but not limited to, roads, bridges or public transportation; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the town of Holbrook for costs including, but not limited to, roads, bridges or public transportation; provided further, that not less than $180,000 shall be expended to the city of Quincy for costs including, but not limited to, roads, bridges or public transportation; that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the town of Rockland for costs including, but not limited to, roads, bridges or public transportation\"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “$455,000”.\r\n"}
