Section 66 of said chapter 118E, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 55 and 56, the words “managed care organization reinvestment” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Medicaid managed care organization.\r\nSECTION 26B. Said section 66 of said chapter 118E, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 85 and 86, the words “total managed care organization services assessment” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- non-Medicaid managed care organization revenue.”; and\r\nin section 2 7, by striking out, in line 597, the words “Medicaid managed care organization” and inserting in place there of the following words:- “managed care reinvestment”; and\r\nin said section  27, by striking out, in lines 618 and 619, the words “non-Medicaid managed care organization” and inserting in place there of the following words:- “total managed care organization services”; and\r\nby inserting after section 45  the following section:-\r\n\t“SECTION 45A. Chapter 279 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the words “capital expenditure authorizations, grants” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- grants.”; and\r\nby inserting  after section 66 the following section:-\r\n“SECTION 66A. Said item 7008-1116 of said section 2 of said chapter 140 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “Sutton” the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026.”; and\r\nin section 10 2, by striking out clauses (6) and (7) and inserting in place thereof the following 7 clauses:-\r\n(6) the agreement between the University of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Teachers Association/Department Chairs (DCU), Boston Campus, Unit B50, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027;\r\n(7) the agreement between the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office and the New England Police Benevolent Association (NEPBA) Local 193, Unit SP5, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027;\r\n(8) the agreement between the University of Massachusetts and the International Brotherhood of Police Officers (IBPO) Local 399, Dartmouth Campus, Unit D84, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027;\r\n(9) the agreement between the Essex County Sheriff's Department and the Essex County Correctional Officers Association (ECCOA), Unit SE2, effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028;\r\n(10) the agreement between the University of Massachusetts and the Maintenance and Trade Union (MTU), Lowell Campus, Unit L93, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027;\r\n(11) the agreement between the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) and the Barnstable County Lieutenants Union, National Correctional Employees Union (NCEU), Unit S11, effective from January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027; and\r\n(12) the agreement between the Board of Higher Education and the Massachusetts Community College Council Day Bargaining Unit, effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.”; and\r\nin section 1 03, by inserting, in line 1200, after the figure “25”, the following figures:- “, 26A, 26B”; and\r\nin section 104 , by striking out, in line 1208, the words “, 28 and 97” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “and 28”; and\r\nin said section 104 , by striking out, in line 1209, the word “on” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “for”.\r\n"}
