Section 104 of said chapter 9 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “30.1” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 23.6.\r\nSECTION 84B. Said section 104 of said chapter 9 is hereby further amended by striking out the words “and (ix)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- (ix) 6.5 per cent to the Community Mitigation Fund as established under section 61 of chapter 23k of the General Laws; and (x).”\r\n"}
