Item 1596-2517 of section 2A of said chapter 7 is hereby amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2025” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- June 30, 2027; provided further, that a preliminary report for outlining capital needs at only educational collaboratives shall be submitted not later than June 30, 2026”.\r\n"}
