Section 13(i) of chapter 94G as appearing in the 2024 official edition is hereby amended by striking the subsection in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following: -(i) Whoever furnishes marijuana, marijuana products or marijuana accessories to a person less than 21 years of age, either for the person's own use or for the use of the person's parent or another person shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 2 year or both such fine and imprisonment.\"\r\n"}
