Section 4 (a) of chapter 94G is hereby amended by inserting the following new subsection:-\r\n(xxxiii) establish a state-run reference laboratory for the purpose of setting and enforcing cannabis testing standards, conducting a wide spectrum of laboratory tests, performing audits and providing technical guidance to independent testing laboratories subject to control and oversight by the commission.\"\r\n"}
