Said section 2 of said chapter 703 of the acts of 1963, as so amended, is hereby further amended by striking out the following paragraph:-\r\nBefore the issuance of any bonds under the provisions of this act the secretary-treasurer and the assistant secretary-treasurer, if any, of the Authority shall each execute a surety bond in the penal sum of fifty thousand dollars, such surety bond to be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his office, to be executed by a surety company authorized to transact business in the commonwealth as surety and to be approved by the attorney general and filed in the office of the secretary of the commonwealth.”\r\n"}
