Ross Park; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Salem for Salem 400+ to support quadricentennial planning and programming for the 400th anniversary of the city of Salem”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$250,000”.\r\n"}
