The first paragraph of section 12 of chapter 11 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The state auditor shall have access to employee credit card records for such accounts and shall ensure integrity and accountability of employee credit card usage.”\r\n"}
