Notwithstanding the provisions of any law or regulation to the contrary, in order to achieve cost savings, improve timeliness, and minimize fraud, MassHealth shall obtain employment and income information from a third-party commercial consumer reporting agency, in accordance with the federal 'Fair Credit Reporting Act,' 15 U.S.C. s.1681 et seq., for the purpose of obtaining real-time employment and income information to assist with Medicaid eligibility determinations and redeterminations in adherence to state and federal eligibility requirements and to support the agency’s objectives.”\r\n"}
