Moore and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- \"; provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended to the department of public health for the creation of a children's vision registry, including, but not limited to, the procurement and maintenance of technical infrastructure for the development of the registry system, and the creation of related training and educational programs;\" and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$850,000”.\r\n"}
