The special commission established pursuant to Chapter 1 of the Resolves of 2024 to investigate and study the feasibility of establishing a statewide Massachusetts Cabo Verdean cultural center in the city of Boston  is hereby revived and continued to December 31st, 2027; and further amended, by striking out the words “All appointments to the commission shall be made not later than March 31, 2025.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- \"\"All initial appointments to the commission shall be made not later than April 30, 2026; provided, however, that appointing authorities may make additional appointments to fill vacancies as they arise.”; and by striking out the words “December 31, 2026” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “December 31, 2027”.\"\r\n"}
