Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary that the executive office of education and the executive office of transportation shall each maintain on their respective public websites a publicly accessible dashboard displaying all expenditures, encumbrances, and planned uses of funds authorized pursuant to chapter 62F of the General Laws; provided further, that the dashboard shall include project descriptions, locations, amounts expended, amounts obligated, and anticipated timelines for completion; and provided further, that the dashboard shall be updated not less than quarterly.”\r\n"}
