Gómez and Oliveira move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Samuel Bowles Elementary School in the city of Springfield for translation services\"; and by striking out the figure \"$100,000\" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$200,000”.\r\n"}
