Moore and Driscoll move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2B, line item 2300-7034 by adding the following words:- \"; provided the department support science-based marine geospatial mapping to enhance our understanding and prioritize actions in marine habitat to support the blue economy and restoration; for supporting the development of blue carbon initiatives to reduce nutrient pollution and protect and restore salt marshes to provide coastal resilience and sequester and store carbon pollution; provided further that the department support evaluation, monitoring and strategies to enhance cold-water fisheries and habitat connectivity and areas of high concentration of rare species and habitat types including calcareous fens and migratory pathways; provided further that up to $10,000,000 may be used to capitalize the Biodiversity Trust Fund to help secure funding and financing from public-private partnerships\"; and by striking out the figure \" $20,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- \" $60,000,000”.\r\n"}
