Fernandes, Cyr and Tarr move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2C, in item 2000-7083, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the establishment of an ocean acidification monitoring system which shall include, but not be limited to, providing monitoring hardware and technical training in the use of such monitoring hardware”; and by striking out the figure “$200,000,000\" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,500,000\".\r\n"}
