Section 3 of chapter 21P of the General Laws, inserted byearing in section 12, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-\r\n(c) No food service ware provided pursuant to this section shall be made from black plastic; provided, however, that this subsection shall not apply to prepared food packaged outside the commonwealth.”; and\r\nin section 88, by striking out, in line 2570, the words “Section 43” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Sections 12A and 43”.\r\n"}
