Moakley","Type":1,"Details":"https://malegislature.gov/api/GeneralCourts/194/LegislativeMembers/TWM1","ResponseDate":"2026-06-16T14:09:38.053"},"Category":null,"Action":"Consolidated","RollCall":[],"Title":"Nantucket Islands Land Bank","Branch":"House","RedraftNumber":null,"IsFurther":false,"GeneralCourtNumber":194,"Text":"Mr. Moakley of Falmouth moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-\r\n\r\nSection XX: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, and pursuant to article 97 of the amendments of the constitution of the commonwealth, the Nantucket Islands Land Bank may convey a conservation restriction, as defined in section 31 of chapter 184 of the general laws, on any and all land owned by said Nantucket Islands Land Bank in fee at the time of this act, provided that said conservation restriction: (i) has the benefit of section 32 of said chapter 184; (ii) is intended to further protect the conservation values of the land; (iii) is consistent with the article 97 purpose and use of the land; and (iv) would not result in a net loss of land subject to article 97.\r\n"}
