The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain 2 suitable markers in memory of 2 individuals. The markers shall be similar in form to plaques, shall be placed within Landry Park in the City of Waltham at locations near the entrances or existing park benches, and shall each include the names of Former State Representative Richard Landry, of who the Park is named after; and Frederick \"Fred\" William Faugno, who also went by \"The Mayor of the Mill\" because of his dedicated advocacy on behalf of his fellow residents in the adjacent Francil Cabot Lowell Mill apartment community, and was instrumental in getting the railing installed on the footbridge and the walkway at Landry Park, as follows:\r\n (i) to be placed at the Entrance of the DCR Property Landry Park Entrance in the City of Waltham, noting “In Memory Former State Representative Richard Landry of Waltham, MA, of whom this park is named after.”\r\n (ii) to be placed at the Entrance of the DCR Property Landry Park Entrance in the City of Waltham, noting “In Memory of Frederick \"Fred\" William Faugno, also known as \"The Mayor of the Mill\", because of his dedicated advocacy on behalf of his fellow residents in the Francis Cabot Lowell Mill”\r\n\r\n"}
