The special commission on commonwealth port development established by this act shall include consideration of the maritime, commercial fishing, recreational boating, dredging, coastal resilience and harbor infrastructure needs of the South Shore region, including the harbors, waterways and maritime facilities located in the towns of Scituate, Marshfield, Cohasset, Duxbury and Hull. The commission shall evaluate opportunities to improve navigational access, support commercial and recreational fishing industries, enhance waterfront resiliency, address sediment management and dredging needs and promote economic development associated with maritime industries and coastal resources.\"\r\n"}
