Subsection (k) of section 21 of said chapter 25A is hereby amended by striking the first sentence in its entirety, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-\r\n“A consolidated small clean energy infrastructure permit application submitted pursuant to this section shall include a commitment to include the following certification and disclosure requirements within a bid to a solicitation issued by the department or within an application to a statewide solar incentive program administered by the department.”\r\n"}
