Rush, Cronin and Mark move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 3A, in item 7002-8087, by adding the following words:- \"; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to the Commonwealth Zoological Corporation established in section 2 of chapter 92B of the General Laws for costs associated with the preparation of plans, studies and specifications, repairs, construction, renovations, improvements, maintenance, asset management and demolition and other capital improvements, including those necessary for the operation of facilities operated by Zoo New England, including the Franklin Park Zoo and the Walter D. Stone Memorial Zoo\"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$5,100,000”.\r\n"}
