Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (d) and inserting in place thereof the following section:\r\n(d) The fee for the filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) shall be one hundred dollars. The fee for the filing of the first annual report required by subsection (c) shall be one hundred dollars, and the fee for the filing of each annual report required by said subsection (c) thereafter shall be five hundred dollars. Such fees shall be paid to the state secretary at the time the certificate of organization or the annual report is filed.\r\n"}
