Said chapter 156C of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-\r\nSection 73. Upon credible suspicion that a document submitted to the state secretary may be fraudulent, the state secretary shall initiate an inquiry into the validity of the document. If the inquiry concludes that a document is fraudulent, the state secretary shall remove such document from the public record.”\r\n\r\n"}
