{"AmendmentNumber":"46","ParentBillNumber":"S3178","Bill":null,"Sponsor":{"Id":"L M0","Name":"Liz Miranda","Type":1,"Details":"https://malegislature.gov/api/GeneralCourts/194/LegislativeMembers/L M0","ResponseDate":"2026-07-22T16:22:35.72"},"Category":null,"Action":"Adopted","RollCall":[],"Title":"Affordable Homeownership Pilot","Branch":"Senate","RedraftNumber":1,"IsFurther":false,"GeneralCourtNumber":194,"Text":"Ms. Miranda, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Driscoll, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 3A, in item 7002-8087, by adding the following words:- “; provided further that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to the executive office of housing and livable communities to create a pilot program to aid in the development and construction of permanently affordable home ownership; provided further, that funds may only be used to fund the creation of permanently affordable homeownership units, which may include, but shall not be limited to, units within a mixed use development; provided further, that funds expended for the program may only be used on permanently affordable homeownership units affordable to low and moderate income households whose income is not less than 60 percent or more than 120 per cent of the area median income; provided further, that funds expended from the program shall only be used to fund projects that have 1 to 25 housing units\"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,600,000”.\r\n"}
