Moore, Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following sections:- \r\nSECTION __. Paragraph (2) of subsection (l) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 543, the words “12 month period” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “24 month period”.\r\nSECTION __. Section 38X of said chapter 63, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 49, the words “12 month period” and inserting in place thereof the words:- “24 month period”.\r\nSECTION __. Subsection (ww) of said section 6 of said chapter 64H, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “12 month period” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- “24 month period”.\r\n"}
