Section 10 of said chapter 66, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting in line 106, at the end thereof, the following words:- “For purposes of this paragraph, broad dissemination may be achieved by publication: (A) in or by a recognized media outlet; or (B) on social media, provided that the social media account has been active for at least 3 years and either has at least 5,000 followers or has had at least 10 posts in the preceding 6 months with a minimum of 100,000 views or interactions each.”\r\n"}
