Section 25 of chapter 209C of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out subsection (d) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-\r\n(d) Proceedings commenced under this section in the probate and family court and the juvenile court shall be governed by the Massachusetts Rules of Domestic Relations Procedure and the Massachusetts Juvenile Court Rules for the Care and Protection of Children, respectively.\r\n"}
