Fattman, O'Connor, Tarr and Montigny, Ms. Lovely and Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- \"; provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for a grant program to be administered by the executive office of public safety and security for municipalities, public colleges and universities and community-based nonprofit programs to purchase automated external defibrillators; provided further, that priority shall be given to municipalities with a population of not more than of 20,000 persons and to nonprofit organizations; provided further, that not later than March 1, 2027, the executive office shall submit a report to the clerks of the house of representatives and senate and the house and senate committees on ways and means that shall include, but not be limited to: (i) a list of grant applicants; (ii) successful grant applications, including the amounts awarded; and (iii) the criteria used to evaluate grant applications\"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$450,000”.\r\n"}
