Harrington and other members of the General Court for legislation to further regulate the prevention of cruelty to farm animals; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 864) of Daniel Cahill and others for legislation to further regulate the prevention of cruelty to farm animals, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2470).
