An Act relative to the geographic limits of Fire District No. 2 in the town of South Hadley
By Mr. Scibak of South Hadley, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3485) of John W. Scibak and Stanley C. Rosenberg (by vote of the town) relative to the geographic limits of a certain fire district in the town of South Hadley. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to ensure all residents of the Town of South Hadley have access to necessary fire services, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety.
