By Mr. Michlewitz of Boston, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Aaron Michlewitz for legislation to establish a sick leave bank for Phyllis A. Rugnetta, an employee of the Department of Health and Human Services. Public Service.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the Department of Health and Human Services, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health.
