An Act relative to the New Bedford Police Association
Substituted by the House, on motion of Mr. Cabral of New Bedford, for a bill with the same title (House, No. 1590). March 26, 2012.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide benefits to the members of the New Bedford Police Association in relation to resignation, retirement or death, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
