An Act AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMMISSIONER OF CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TO CONVEY CERTAIN LAND IN THE TOWN OF SOUTH HADLEY.

By Representative Scibak of South Hadley and Senator Rosenberg, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of John W. Scibak and Stanley C. Rosenberg for legislation to direct the Commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to convey certain land in the town of South Hadley to said town. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.
