By Mr. Finegold, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1909) of Barry Finegold, Paul Adams and James R. Miceli (by vote of the town) for legislation to validate a certain vote taken by the town of Tewksbury. [Local Approval Received.] Revenue.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to validate a certain vote taken by the Tewksbury, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
