An Act authorizing the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to acquire a parcel of land in the town of Hinsdale
The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Senate bill authorizing the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to acquire a parcel of land in the town of Hinsdale (Senate, No. 2343); reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2385).
- Senate Committee on Ways and Means
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the acquisition of a certain parcel of land by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation from the division of fisheries and wildlife to facilitate the reconstruction of a bridge in the town of Hinsdale, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
