By Mr. Jones of North Reading, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3819) of Bradley H. Jones, Jr. and Bruce E. Tarr (by vote of the town) that the town of North Reading be authorized to convey a certain parcel of land in said town for general municipal purposes. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the exchange of certain parcels of commonwealth land in the town of North Reading, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
