Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to facilitate a discussion between agencies of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the city of Boston in order to explore the costs and impacts related to proposed a helipad in the South Boston section of the city of Boston, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
