Pacheco that the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to transfer care and control of certain parcels of land in the town of Bridgewater from the Department of Correction to the Department of Fire Services. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to facilitate the use of state property for critical public functions, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
