D'Emilia and others for legislation to authorize on-premises consumption licensees to sell certain current inventory of alcoholic beverages to members of the general public who are not under twenty-one years of age. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide relief to bars and restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
