Montigny for legislation to establish the Bridge the Gap Scholarship to universalize access to community colleges; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 765) of Michael O. Moore for legislation relative to the Massachusetts State College Building Authority; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 769) of Bruce E.
