Individuals who wish to testify may register to do so by filling out this form by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18th. Testimony is limited to three-minutes per person. After you register, you will receive a Teams invitation and further instructions on how to participate virtually the day before the hearing.

The deadline to submit written testimony is Wednesday, January 19, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. When submitting written testimony, please use the following document title format:
