Federal and Overseas Legislation

The Joint Committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs will hold a hybrid hearing on the legislation listed below.  Members of the public are invited to participate in this hybrid hearing via written or oral testimony.  

Written testimony may be submitted via email to grace.picariello@mahouse.gov. Please include the bill number and "Testimony" in the subject line of the email.

Advanced registration is required for those who wish to testify virtually during the live hearing and encouraged for those who wish to testify in-person. Registration for in-person testimony is also permitted on the day of the hearing.

If testifying virtually, you will receive further instructions on how to join the hearing after registering. The deadline to register for virtual testimony is Friday, January 12th at 4:00 p.m.
