Section 15AA: Secretaries Week

Section 15AA. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the last full week of April as Secretaries Week and recommending that said week be observed by the people in an appropriate manner. The Wednesday of Secretaries Week shall be designated as Secretaries Day.
