Section 307A

Section 307A: Single unpackaged cigarettes; sale or possession; penalty

Section 307A. No person shall sell, offer for sale or have in possession with intent to sell single unpackaged cigarettes. Whoever violates the provision of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
