Section 29: Suspension of certificate of registration of registered pharmacist

Section 29. It may, by a majority vote of all its members, after hearing, suspend the certificate of registration of a registered pharmacist, who, in its judgment, is a menace to the public by reason of the improper use of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
