AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF LEOMINSTER TO PAY A CERTAIN UNPAID BILL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The comptroller of the city of Leominster may pay from sums appropriated $60,105.12 to Royal Steam Heater Co. for a repair of a failed boiler.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
