An Act prohibiting the sale, installation and disposal of mercury thermostats
The committee on Senate committee on Ways and Means to whom was referred the House Bill prohibiting the sale, installation and disposal of mercury thermostats (House, No. 4305, amended) reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment striking out all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the text of Senate document numbered 2479; and by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title: “An Act further regulating mercury management”. (Senator Jehlen dissenting)
