The committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 381) of Michael O. Moore, James B. Eldridge, William N. Brownsberger, Thomas M. Stanley and other members of the General Court for legislation to enhance the enforcement of illegal hunting practices and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 658) of Matthew A. Beaton and others for legislation to authorize the Commonwealth to enter into an interstate compact for the enforcement of certain wildlife protection laws reports the accompanying bill with a new draft entitled (Senate, No. 1948).
