The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the House Bill relative to the expansion of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (House, No. 4111);- reports, recommending that the Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets recommended new text (Senate, No, 2180) be amended by striking out the text and inserting in place thereof the text of Senate document numbered 2188.
